As soon as her owners decided to give up on him, he got a second chance. She was tied to a tree in a Brooklyn park with a note next to her. Fortunately, a kind-hearted person saw the dog just in time and took her in.

During his walk through the park with two dogs he’d been taking care of, Eric Maus saw Mamas, a 7-year-old pit bull who was chained up to a tree. He called the dog’s name and took her home with him to care for. Eric tried to find the dog’s owners at first, but there was no one around to help him look for them. In surprise, he saw that a note was hanging from the tree as he neared it. The dog was just as friendly and sweet as she was huge, so Eric went right up to her.

In the park, Eric was walking Gouda and Lily. When he saw a big, fat pit bull tied to a tree, Eric told The Dodo. “I looked around and asked her, “Hey, where’s your owner?” She was being so kind and sweet. She was also very gentle. She was just lying on the ground with her tongue out.

Eric found a note next to the dog that told him her name was Mamas and that she was 7 years old. The note also said, “Take me home. I want to go home now.” Dogs are great. I’m a good dog. Don’t be afraid of my size. I’m a sweet person. At that point in time, Eric saw an abandoned dog and knew that something had to be done, but he didn’t know where to start. As a result, he agreed to help Mamas.

Inspiration struck, so Eric took some pictures of the dog and posted them on Facebook. He then told his neighbors about the dog in the group. Fortunately, one of them came to help Eric in just a few minutes.

So they have taken Mamas to Sean Casey Animal Rescue, a shelter in Windsor Terrace, where they will be cared for for a while.

The kind young man said, “I didn’t know what to do, but I wanted to help her.” “A dog shouldn’t be alone in the park, especially if it’s tied up with a metal chain.” I thought I had to do something.

Mamas looked so happy when she got to the rescue center, even though she was very thirsty.

There were two things that made her feel good: that she was in good hands, and that she had finally left the park. As soon as she passes all the medical tests, Mamas will be ready to be taken in by a family. She was saved by Eric, the man who did that. He hopes that she will find a family that loves her as she is.

Her big brown eyes are “doe-eyed,” he said. “She’s a happy dog.”
